Whalen Jazz Lessons ā€¢ Subscription Terms of Service

Thank you for subscribing to private lessons with me! Below are the terms and expectations for our ongoing work together, so everything runs smoothly and respectfully for both of us.

šŸ“…Ā Lesson Format & Scheduling

  • Lessons are held via Zoom and scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Subscribers may choose 2 or 4 lessons per month (depending on what offer you purchased), each 60 minutes long.
  • Lessons are scheduled via the online scheduler, or by email if needed as a last resort.

šŸ”Ā Billing & Subscription

  • Your subscription is billed monthly, beginningĀ immediately with the first purchase after checkout.
  • Payments are automatic and recurring until canceled by you.
  • There is a one-month minimum commitment. You may cancel any time from your Kajabi account, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. If you run into any issues canceling, you can email me at [email protected]mĀ 

šŸ”„Ā Rescheduling, Missed Lessons, & Cancellations

  • 24 hoursā€™ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
  • If you cancel with at least 24 hoursā€™ notice, you may reschedule your lesson within the same month.
  • Unused lessons do not roll over into the following month.
  • If you miss a lesson or cancel with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice, the lesson is forfeited.
  • If I am unable to reschedule a lesson I had to miss within the month, you will receive a refund for that missed lesson.

ā³Ā Punctuality & Communication

  • Please be on time and proactive in communication. If a conflict arises, reach out early so we can find a solution.
  • Lessons start and end at the scheduled time, even if youā€™re running late.

āŒĀ Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Kajabi account.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing month.
  • No additional notice is required.
